摘　　要：绞股蓝具有很高的药用价值和保健功能,是药食两用的大品种药材。绞股蓝植物的主要化学成分包括皂苷、多糖、维生素、无机元素和黄酮类化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗心血管疾病、保护肝脏等药理作用,具有巨大的研究和开发潜力。通过对绞股蓝植物的资源状况、化学成分及药理作用进行归纳总结,以期为绞股蓝的深入研究与开发提供参考。Gynostemma pentaphyllum has high medicinal value and health care function,which is an important resource for both medicinal and edible purpose.In this paper,resources of plants,Pharmacological effect,the main ingredients inclued saponins,polysaccharides, vitamins,inorganic elements and flavonoids were reviewed.This work can promote developments of Gynostemma product and indicate the direction of future research.
