摘　　要：简要介绍了葫芦脲化学的产生、发展、应用及结构特征。详细综述了:(1)新型葫芦脲衍生物的合成及在材料科学中的应用;(2)新型葫芦脲衍生物的合成及在医药学中的应用;(3)新型葫芦脲与不稳定客体之间的主客体结合及在物理化学中的应用。并对葫芦脲化学的发展进行了展望。This paper briefly introduces the generation, development, applications and structure features of cucurbituril chemistry. Emphases are put on three parts:① syntheses of new cucurbituril derivatives with applications in material science;② syntheses of new cucurbituril derivatives with applications in medicine;③ combination of cucurbituril host with unstable guest and applications in physical chemistry.Future developments of cucurbituril chemistry are prospected in the end.
