摘  要:为了减少电力市场下售电公司的实际执行与交易结果的考核偏差,提出一种基于变频空调负荷模型的直接控制策略来跟踪馈线负荷计划值。该策略利用离散傅里叶变换和比例-积分(PI)控制求出变频空调群的调度需求量,通过改变变频空调温度设定值来实现调度需求。仿真结果表明,该策略以较低的动作次数和温度变化度便能实现馈线首端实际负荷对计划负荷曲线的跟踪,降低售电公司的考核电量,不仅改善了配电网功率平衡问题,同时也提高了售电公司的收益。In order to reduce the deviation of actual execution and transaction results of power retailers in electricity market,this paper proposes a direct control strategy based on the variable frequency air conditioning(VFAC)load model to track the feeder load planning value.This strategy uses discrete Fourier transform and proportional-integral(PI)control to find out the scheduling demand of VFAC group,and then realizes the scheduling demand by changing the temperature setting of VFAC.Simulation results show that this strategy can achieve feeder load tracking with lower action times and temperature changes,and reduce the assessment power of electricity retailers.The proposed strategy not only improves the power balance of the distribution network,but also improves the income of electricity retailers.
