马克思主义不平衡发展理论与全球治理观重塑——兼论人类命运共同体理念的公平治理逻辑

摘　　要：马克思主义不平衡发展理论经历了马克思恩格斯自由资本主义时代的不平衡发展思想、以列宁为代表的帝国主义时代的不平衡发展思想、以阿明依附学说和沃勒斯坦世界体系理论为代表的不平衡发展思想和以列斐伏尔及哈维等为代表的空间生产理论中的不平衡发展思想的交替演变。当代全球不平衡发展问题产生于资本主义政治规划和资本积累过程的全球化与多样性之间的冲突,其对全球治理的现实挑战体现在政治、经济、社会和技术四个维度。人类命运共同体理念是蕴含着合作、集体和微观公平逻辑的新型全球治理观,其对资本主义治理观的超越表现为反排斥、非排他和反歧视三方面。基于人类命运共同体理念,可以从目标、重心和向度三个维度对资本主义全球治理观进行公平性重塑,以矫治资本主义形塑和创造的全球不平衡发展问题。Marxist theory of uneven development has experienced the uneven development thought of Marx and Engels in the era of free capitalism, the uneven development thought of imperialism represented by Lenin, the uneven development thought represented by Amin's dependence theory and Wallerstein's world system theory, and the uneven development thought of space production theory represented by Lefebvre and Harvey. Want to alternate evolution. From the perspective of Marxist theory of uneven development, contemporary global uneven development problems arise from the conflict between globalization and diversity in the process of capitalist political planning and capital accumulation, and their realistic challenges to global governance are reflected in the four dimensions of politics, economy, society and technology. The concept of community of human destiny is a new global governance concept with cooperation, collective and Micro-Logic of fairness. Its transcendence over capitalist governance is manifested in three aspects: anti-exclusion, non-exclusion and anti -discrimination. Based on the concept of human destiny community, we can reconstruct the equity of capitalist global governance from three dimensions: goal, center of gravity and dimension in order to rectify the problem of global unbalanced development created by capitalism.
