摘 要:对轴类件全纤维镦锻成形工艺和楔横轧锻造成形工艺进行了比较,并对实际案例进行了经济效益分析,详细比较计算了二种工艺的成本。结果表明,全纤维镦锻工艺模具加工简单,成本较低;楔横轧模具加工复杂,成本较高。全纤维镦锻工艺适应于中小批量、法兰盘直径较大的轴类锻件的生产;楔横轧工艺适应于大批量、法兰盘直径较小的单一轴类锻件的生产。全纤维镦锻工艺总成本较低,楔横轧工艺总成本较高。The full fiber upsetting forming process and the forging process of cross wedged rolling of shaft parts were compared, the economic benefits of practical cases were analyzed, and the costs of the two processes were compared and computed in detail. The results show that the full fiber upsetting die is simple and the cost is low, and the machining of cross wedged rolling die is complex and the cost is high. The full fiber upsetting process is suitable for the production of small and medium batch shaft forgings with large flange diameter, and the cross wedged rolling process is suitable for the production of single shaft forgings with large batch and small flange diameter. The total cost of the full-fiber upsetting process is low, and the total cost of the cross-wedge rolling process is high.
