摘 要:主冲头速度、坯料初始温度、坯料与模具间的摩擦系数是影响弯管接头模锻质量的重要参数。本文分别研究了主冲头速度对锻件等效应变的影响,坯料初始温度对锻件温度分布的影响,坯料与模具间的摩擦系数对锻件等效应变的影响,并获取了最佳工艺参数,对比了改进前后主冲头载荷随锻造时间的变化规律。结果表明,改进的工艺能显著降低冲头的载荷值。The speed of the main punch, the initial temperature of the billet and the friction coefficient between the billet and the die are the important parameters affecting the die forging quality of the elbow joint. The effect of the main punch speed on the equivalent strain of forging, the influence of initial temperature of billet on the temperature distribution of forging, and the effect of friction coefficient between billet and die on the equivalent strain of forgings were studied,respectively. The optimum process parameters were obtained, and the variation of the main punch load with forging time was compared before and after the improvement. The results show that the improved process can significantly reduce the load value of the punch.
