摘  要:液态模锻比压铸和锻造更难以脱模,容易造成模具损坏。本文探讨了低温碳氮共渗工艺和凹凸模间隙对液锻件脱模的影响。结果表明:低温碳氮共渗后模具表面形成的氮化物层在模具表面与铝液接触后形成一层AlN化合物层,能阻止铝液的侵蚀。温度和压力的作用会增大模具间隙,凸凹模间隙太大会造成脱模困难,一般模具间隙单边0.03mm比较合适。Liquid die forging is more difficult to demoulding than die casting and forging, and it is easy to cause die damage. The effects of low temperature carbon-nitrogen co-infiltration process of die and concave and punch clearance on the demoulding of liquid forgings were discussed. The results show that the nitride layer formed on the surface of the die after the low-temperature carbon-nitrogen co-infiltration reacts with the aluminum liquid to form a layer of Al N compound, which can prevent the erosion of the aluminum liquid. The effect of temperature and pressure can increase the gap of the die, too large gap of the concave-convex die can cause the demoulding difficulty, and the suitable one-sided gap of the die is 0.03 mm.
