摘 要:某TC4-DT钛合金锻件出现亮斑状异常低倍组织,其室温抗拉强度、屈服强度较正常低倍组织降低24~78MPa。对异常低倍组织进行金相分析发现,亮斑区内的显微组织为粗短、互相交织的网篮状组织,且没有原始β晶界。XRD及EBSD分析显示,异常组织在(0002)晶面存在非常强的织构,且主要以小角度晶界为主,从而导致了异常晶粒长大。在β相温度以上改锻可避免产生该异常低倍组织。The bright spot abnormal low-power microstructure appeared in a TC4-DT titanium alloy forging, and their tensile strength and yield strength at room temperature were reduced by 24-78 MPa compared with those of normal low-power microstructure. Metallographic analysis of the abnormal low-power microstructure show that the microstructures in the bright spot region are coarse and short, interlaced basket microstructure with each other, and there is no original β grain boundary. XRD and EBSD analysis shows that the abnormal microstructure has very strong texture on the(0002) crystal plane, and it is dominated by small angle grain boundaries, which leads to abnormal grain growth. The abnormal low microstructure can be avoided by forging above β-phase temperature.
