摘　　要：目的探讨阴茎形态学差异(长度、周径)与良性前列腺增生患者中前列腺体积的相关性.方法对75例良性前列腺增生患者的临床资料进行整理,按照阴茎长度分为三组,进行组间比较,分析患者阴茎长度与良性前列腺增生患者中前列腺体积的相关性.结果阴茎长度与前列腺体积、阴茎周径呈显著正相关,前列腺体积随着阴茎长度的增长而增大.结论阴茎形态学差异(长度、周径)与良性前列腺增生患者中前列腺体积有一定的相关性,其可作为预测前列腺体积大小的一项指标.Objective To investigate the correlation between the morphological difference of penis ( length and circumference) and the volume of prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperpla-sia( BPH). Methods The clinical data of 75 cases of patients with BPH were collected respectively according to the length of penis were divided into three groups, comparison between groups, The corre-lation between the length of penis and the volume of prostate in patients with BPH was analyzed. Re-sults The length of penis was positively correlated with the volume of prostate and the circumference of penis. The volume of prostate increases with the increase of penis length. Conclusions The mor-phological difference of the penis ( length and diameter) has a certain correlation with the volume of prostate in patients with BPH, which can be used as an indicator of the size of the prostate.
