超短波治疗仪联合音频治疗仪应用于急性阑尾炎术后加速康复的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨急性阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术后加速康复中应用超短波治疗仪联合音频治疗仪的临床意义。方法60例急性阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组采用专科常规路径治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上加以超短波治疗仪局部辐射联合音频治疗仪辅助治疗措施。观察比较两组患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、首次肛门排气时间以及住院时间。结果观察组患者治疗7 d后血清CRP水平为(40.43±17.73)mg/L,低于对照组的(61.51±13.16)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者首次肛门排气时间和住院时间分别为(2.1±1.2)、(7.4±1.6)d,均短于对照组的(3.4±1.8)、(9.1±1.9)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超短波治疗仪联合音频治疗仪应用于急性阑尾炎行腹腔镜阑尾切除术后加速康复中,有效降低了患者血清CRP水平,缩短了患者的首次肛门排气时间和住院时间,且操作简单、安全,值得临床推广。Objective To discuss the clinical significance of ultra-short wave therapy apparatus combined with audio therapy instrument for accelerated recovery after acute appendicitis. Methods A total of60 cases of acute appendicitis after laparoscopic appendectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with special routine pathway, and the observation group was treated with ultra-short wave therapy apparatus combined with audio therapy instrument on the basis of the control group. The serum C-reactive protein(CRP) level, time to first anal exhaust and hospitalization time in two groups was observed and compared. Results After 7 d of treatment, the observation group had lower serum CRP level as(40.43±17.73) mg/L than(61.51±13.16) mg/L in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The observation group had shorter time to first anal exhaust and hospitalization time respectively as(2.1±1.2) and(7.4±1.6) d than(3.4±1.8) and(9.1±1.9) d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of ultra-short wave therapy apparatus combined with audio therapy instrument in accelerated recovery of patients with acute appendicitis after laparoscopic appendectomy can effectively reduce the level of CRP expression, shorten the time to first anal exhaust and hospitalization time, and the operation is simple and safe. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
