摘　　要：目的探究同步动态心电图、动态血压监测在老年冠心病及高血压中的应用效果。方法选取老年冠心病患者50例作为冠心病组,另选取同期老年高血压患者50例作为高血压组,对两组患者同时采取同步动态心电图、动态血压监测,观察并对比两组患者的动态心电图监测结果及收缩压、舒张压水平。结果冠心病组患者的心肌缺血检出率为76.00%,高于高血压组的38.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=14.73, P<0.05)。高血压组患者收缩压、舒张压分别为(143.26±8.71)、(95.21±7.86)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),均高于冠心病组的(125.82±7.54)、(79.04±6.19)mmHg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同步动态心电图、动态血压监测在老年冠心病及高血压中的应用价值较高,可以为疾病分析提供良好的参考依据。Objective To investigate the application effect of synchronous ambulatory electrocardiogram and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension.Methods There were 50 elderly patients with coronary heart disease as coronary heart disease group, and another concurrent 50 elderly patients with hypertension as hypertension group. Synchronous ambulatory electrocardiogram and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were performed in both groups. The dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring results and systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels were observed and compared between the two groups. Results Coronary heart disease group had higher detection rate of myocardial ischemia as 76.00% than38.00% in hypertension group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=14.73, P<0.05). Hypertension group had higher systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure respectively as(143.26±8.71) and(95.21±7.86) mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) than(125.82±7.54) and(79.04±6.19) mmHg in coronary heart disease group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Synchronized ambulatory electrocardiogram and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring are of great value in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension, and it can provide a good reference for disease analysis.
