摘 要:通过研究尖叶胡枝子的光合生理特性,结果表明,叶绿素含量在不同时期表现有所差异,以开花期最大,为2.919mg/g,现蕾期较小。叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率的日变化曲线均为"双峰"曲线,在10:00和14:00左右达到2个峰值,中午12:00左右出现谷值,有明显地"午休"现象。水分利用效率日进程呈"上升-下降-上升"趋势,水分利用效率整体较高,日变化幅度较小。The photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Lespedeza hedysaroides were studied in this paper. The results showed that the chlorophyll content varied in different stages, with the maximum at flowering stage being 2.919 mg/g and the budding stage being smaller. The diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of leaves were "double peak" curves, reaching two peaks around 10:00 and 14:00, and the valley appeared around 12:00 noon, which showed obvious "noon break". The diurnal process of water use efficiency shows a trend of "rising-falling-rising", and the overall water use efficiency is higher, and the diurnal variation range is smaller.
