乡村振兴背景下旅游利益相关者对旅游业发展效益认知研究

摘　　要：旅游业发展过程中会牵涉多个利益相关者,他们之间的协调合作影响着旅游业的可持续健康发展,因此关于利益相关者之间矛盾冲突和协调合作的研究很有必要。采用实证研究结合定量研究的方法,针对政府旅游机构、景区管理企业、旅游者、当地居民和当地专家学者五个利益相关者进行了对旅游业发展的生态效益、社会效益、文化效益和经济效益的感知差异研究。基于在河北邯郸的市场调研,经过频率分析、方差分析等研究发现,各利益相关者之间对旅游业发展的相关效益存在巨大的感知差异,因此提出以下建议:一是发挥政府对旅游业发展的监督和管理职能;二是落实景区对旅游业政策的贯彻和执行责任;三是提升游客对旅游目的地的保护和尊重意识;四是提升居民对旅游业发展的权利和参与意识;五是发挥专家对旅游业发展的监督和指导功能。There are multiple stakeholders in the development of tourism.Their coordination and cooperation affect the sustainable and healthy development of tourism.This it is an essential to study the conflicts,coordination and cooperation among them.This paper combines the empirical and quantitative study methods and studies the perception differences between the tourism administrations,management companies in scenic spots,tourists,local residents and local scholars and experts on the ecological,social,cultural and economic benefits of tourism develop?ment.The survey was conducted between January and February in Handan of Hebei Province.After frequency and variance analysis,it has found that there were great differences in the perceptions on benefits of tourism development between five stakeholders.According to the result,a series of suggestions are put forward:firstly,tourism adminis?trations should take their responsibility as guides and supervisor;secondly,management companies in scenic spots should make the policies indeed implemented;thirdly,tourists should raise their conscious to respect and protect tourism destinations;fourthly,local residents should participate in tourism development actively and be aware of their own rights;fifthly,local scholars and experts should make full use of their supervisory and guidance functions.
