摘　　要：目的:评估国家组织药品集中采购和使用试点改革政策对北京朝阳医院诊疗数据的影响效果,探讨医院药学人员在政策执行过程中的作用与价值。方法:调取北京朝阳医院2018年4-6月和2019年4-6月门急诊诊疗及收费数据,利用Excel对数据进行统计分析。结果:相比于去年同期,在国家组织药品带量采购和使用改革之后,北京朝阳医院涉及带量采购品种的医保患者,其次均费用从686.70元降至413.10元,降幅39.84%。相同通用名及相同药理作用药品总费用从2291.84万元下降至1331.38万元,累计节省药费960.46万元,药费降幅达到41.91%。结论:药品集中采购和使用政策可有效降低药费支出,减轻患者负担。医疗机构药学人员可在药品遴选、政策培训、绩效引导、合理用药、数据监测等多个环节发挥积极作用。Objective: To evaluate the eff ect of the pilot reform policy of drug centralized procurement and use organized by the state on the data of diagnosis and treatment in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, and to explore the role and value of hospital pharmacists in the implementation of the policy.Methods: Data of outpatient and emergency treatment and fees in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from April to June 2018 and April to June 2019 were collected and analyzed by Excel.Result: Compared with the same period last year, after the reform of drug purchasing and use in the state organization, the average cost of medical insurance patients in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital decreased from 686.70 yuan to 413.10 yuan, a decrease of 39.84%.The total cost of drugs with the same generic name and the same pharmacological action decreased from 229.184 million yuan to 133.138 million yuan, which saved 960.45 million yuan in total and reduced 41.91%.Conclusion: Centralized drug purchase and use policy can eff ectively reduce drug expenditure and patients'burden. Pharmacists in medical institutions can play an active role in many aspects.
