摘  要:针对分体式变频空调器的电量管理问题,提出一种功率检测和电量可视化管理的控制方法。采用现有空调器电路,不额外增加硬件器件,运用新的电量检测算法得到变频空调器的实时功率和实时用电量;通过空调器WiFi控制模块将电量数据发送给云端服务器,由云端完成电量数据的处理,并实时传输至用户手机客户端;同时可通过手机客户端、云服务器设置空调器用电计划,经变频空调控制器的电量管理算法及空调舒适节能控制实现主动节能的定制省电控制,经试验验证本方法具有较高的电量检测精度和较好的节能效果,可以有效提高目前空调器电量管理的效率,实现经济节能的目标。Aimed at the electricity consumption management of split-type frequency-conversion air conditioner,a control method for power detection and electricity consumption visualization management is proposed.Using existing circuits of air conditioner without additional hardware components,real-time power and real-time electricity-consumption of frequency-conversion air conditioner are obtained by the new electricity consumption detection algorithms.The electricity consumption data is sent to the cloud server through the WiFi control module of air conditioner,and the electricity consumption data is processed by the cloud and transmitted to the user s mobile phone client in real time.At the same time,the electricity consumption plan of air conditioner can be set through the mobile phone client and cloud server,and the electricity consumption management algorithm of the frequency-conversion air conditioner controller and the comfortable&energy-saving control of the air conditioner can realize the customized power-saving control with active energy-saving.After the experimental verification,this method has high electricity consumption detection accuracy and excellent energy-saving control effect,which effectively improves the efficiency of current electricity consumption management for air conditioner and realizes economic energy-saving.
