摘  要:为了分析水环热泵与空气源热泵的影响因素,笔者以负荷率为切入点提出影响水环热泵的反向能效应,并阐明热泵系统运行规律。为了检验分析结果,以天津某办公建筑群为例对水环热泵与空气源热泵进行冬夏两季能耗测试与经济性评估,结果表明:空气源热泵运行受负荷率影响且其作用相对稳定,而水环热泵运行受负荷率与反向能效应的共同作用;80%负荷率是水环热泵节能范围的变化拐点,相比空气源热泵,其冬、夏两季节能率分别为12.7%和25.2%;辅助热源使用状态对热泵总能耗具有显著影响,且其减小了不同系统间的能耗差异;水环热泵比空气源热泵经济性更好,其最小年费用节省37.0%。To analyze the influencing factors of water loop heat pump(WLHP)and air source heat pump(ASHP),the load rate is used to reveal the reverse energy effect on WLHP and operation regulation of heat pump systems.Taking an office building group in Tianjin as example to verify the analysis results,the energy consumptions of WLHP and ASHP in winter and summer are tested,and their economic efficiencies are evaluated.The results show that the load rate plays a key role in ASHP system and its effect is stable,but the operation of WLHP system is affected by the load rate and reverse energy effect.The operation of WLHP system is changed from low to high consumption at load rate of 80%,and its energy-saving rates are 12.7%and 25.2%in winter and summer compared to ASHP system.On the other hand,the use of auxiliary heat source has a great influence on total energy consumption of heat pump systems and it decreases the difference of energy consumption between WLHP and ASHP systems.In addition,the WLHP system can realize higher economic efficiency than ASHP system and its minimum annual cost can be saved by 37.0%.
