摘  要:本文介绍了高温烘干热泵原理,并根据应用特点及压缩机结构分析,提出普通涡旋压缩机应用于高温烘干热泵的结构优化,主要包括改进涡旋型线、电机和排气结构等方面。对比分析优化前后涡旋压缩机的制热能力、制热能效等试验结果,得出结论:两者在AHRI工况制热性能相近,但在高温烘干热泵工况下,高温烘干热泵专用涡旋机制热COP提升4.5%。此外,笔者还对高温烘干热泵领域环保制冷剂替换加以研究,分析R134a与R513A在多个工况下的测试结果。综合分析结果显示两种制冷剂表现能力相当,R513A制冷剂GWP低于R134a56%,有利于环保制冷剂替换。This article introduces the theory of high temperature dring heat pump and comes up with structure optimizations of normal scroll compressors utilized in high temperature drying heat pump.According to the analysis of application characteristics and compressor structures,the optimizations mainly contain modifying scroll profiles,motors and exhaust structures,etc.Analyzing the test results of compressors including heating capacity and heating COP compared with the unmodified,it is conclusion that two kinds of compressors are similar in the heating capacity of ARI condition,but the heating COP of the modified compressor we name high temperature dring heat pump scroll compressor increases about 4.5%.In addition,the authors study on environmental friendly refrigerants replacement specially for high temperature drying heat pump area,and analyze the text results of R134a and R513A in multiple operating conditions,and come to the comprehensive analysis:two kinds of refrigerants havesimilar performance,R513A is beneficial to environmental friendly refrigerants replacement with approximately 56%reduction in GWP compared with R134a.
