摘　　要：信息技术与创新基金会(ITIF)作为一家全球领先的科技智库,近年来成为最关注中国创新战略和科技发展的美国智库之一。本文尝试梳理其机构概况、研究领域、决策服务方式等,并就其成功影响美国特朗普政府决策的案例加以解读,以期把握美国智库对中国研究的新特点,新趋势,同时也为我国科技智库的发展提供借鉴。Information Technology and Innovation Foundation (ITIF), a top-ranked science and technology think tank recently focuses on public policies that spur technology innovation in China. This paper aims to introduce the ITIF's organizational profile, the research areas and the way it serves the US government's decision-making, to analyze its case successfully influencing the Trump administration, and thus to throw some new light on the development of Chinese science and technology think tank.
