乌梅和柠檬喷雾剂对糖尿病口干症病人唾液分泌及口干程度影响的对比研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察比较乌梅喷雾剂及柠檬喷雾剂对糖尿病口干症病人唾液分泌及口干程度的影响。[方法]选取2017年11月—2018年4月于广东省某三级甲等医院内分泌科就诊的糖尿病口干症病人60例,按随机数字表法分为柠檬组(30例)和乌梅组(30例)。两组病人均给予常规糖尿病治疗及护理,柠檬组给予柠檬喷雾剂干预,乌梅组给予乌梅喷雾剂干预,干预前及干预2周后观察两组病人唾液流率及口干程度变化。[结果]干预2周后两组病人唾液流率及口干程度评分自身前后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预2周后两组唾液流率及口干程度评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]乌梅喷雾剂和柠檬喷雾剂均能有效地促进糖尿病口干症病人唾液分泌,缓解口干症状,但乌梅喷雾剂效果明显优于柠檬喷雾剂,更适合治疗糖尿病口干症。Objective:To observe and compare the effects of dark plum and lemon spray on salivation and drymouth degree of xerostomia in patients with diabetes.Methods:Sixty patients with xerostomia in diabetes who were admitted to the endocrinology department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Guangdong province from November 2017 to April 2018 were selected and divided into the lemon group (30 cases) and dark plum group (30 cases) according to the random number table method. Both groups received conventional diabetes treatment and nursing.The lemon group received lemon spray intervention,and the dark plum group received dark plum spray intervention.The saliva flow rate and drymouth degree of the two groups were observed before and after 2 weeks receiving the intervention. Results:After 2 weeks of intervention, the salivary flow rate and drymouth scores of the two groups were statistically significant differences compared with their own scores before intervention(P<0.01).After 2 weeks of intervention,there were statistically significant differences in salivary flow rate and dry mouth score between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Both dark plum spray and lemon spray could effectively promote saliva secretion and relieve drymouth symptoms in patients with xerostomia in diabetes.The effect of dark plum spray was better than the lemon spray,which was more suitable for treating xerostomia in diabetes.
