深刺大肠俞、秩边穴为主结合电针及活血益肾法治疗腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨深刺大肠俞、秩边穴为主结合电针及活血益肾法治疗腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛的效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年6月我院收治的62例腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组(30例)和观察组(32例)。对照组实行深刺大肠俞、秩边穴为主结合电针治疗,观察组实行深刺大肠俞、秩边穴为主结合电针与活血益肾法联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率(96.88%)以及JOA下腰痛评价表评分为(21.32±2.98)分,显著高于对照组的(70.00%)及JOA评分[(17.4±2.66)分];观察组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(1.42±0.71)分,显著低于对照组的(3.54±1.05)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛患者深刺大肠俞、秩边穴为主结合电针与活血益肾法联合治疗可有效提高治疗效果,缓解疼痛,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of deep acupuncture Dachangshu and rank-edge acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture and activating Blood and Benefiting Kidney therapy on femoral neuralgia of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Sixty-two patients with lumbar disc herniation with neuropathic pain were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2018.The patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(32 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with deep acupuncture Dachangshu and rank edge points combined with electroacupuncture treatment.The observation group was treated with deep acupuncture Dachangshu and rank edge points combined with electroacupuncture and activating Blood and Benefiting Kidney method.The effect of treatment were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment(96.88%)and JOA low back pain evaluation scale score(21.32±2.98)points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(70.00%)and JOA score([17.41±2.66]points).Visual analogue scale(VAS)score([1.42±0.71]points)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group([3.54±1.05]points),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with lumbar disc herniation with neuralgia can be treated with combination of deep acupuncture Dachangshu and rank-edge acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture and activating Blood and Benefiting Kidne method,which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and relieve pain,and has high clinical application value.
