摘 要:目的分析临床血液生化检验标本分析过程中影响检测准确性的单因素。方法选取2017年1~12月我院收集的100例临床血液生化检验标本作为研究对象,临床资料均齐全。按照采血部位的不同将其分为同侧采血部位组(82例)与异侧采血部位组(18例);按照保存时间的不同将其分为规范送检组(82例)与1h送检组(18例);按照标本的不同将其分为正常血液组(82例)与溶血血液组(18例)。通过分析各组临床血液生化检验标本的检测结果,考察影响检验结果准确性的因素。结果临床血液生化检验标本检验合格82例(检验合格率为82.00%),检验不合格18例(检验不合格率为18.00%)。同侧采血部位组的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)高于异侧采血部位组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同侧采血部位组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血清免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、三酰甘油(TG)、尿酸(UA)低于异侧采血部位组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。规范送检组的ALT、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)低于1h送检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);规范送检组的AST、尿糖(GLU)高于1h送检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常血液组的AST、LDH、GLU、肌酸激酶(CK)低于溶血血液组的检测结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。18例检验不合格的临床血液生化检验标本中,有4例为送检不及时,有12例为采集方法不准确,有2例为调配比例不合理,分别占比4.00%、12.00%、2.00%。结论临床血液生化检验标本分析过程中,其检测结果准确度与相关因素存在一定关系,如血液样本采集方法、血液样本保存时间、血液样本条件、血液样本抗凝剂以及血液量比例等,需引起临床检测者的高度重视。通过正确保存临床血液生化检验标本,严格依照相关规范准则进行检测,并严格把关,有助于提高临床血液生化检验标本的标本质量,也有利于提高临床检测准确度。Objective To analyze the single factor of influencing the accuracy of clinical blood biochemical test specimen analysis.Methods A total of 100 samples of clinical blood biochemical test specimens collected in our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as subjects,clinical data were complete.They were divided into the same side blood sampling group(n=82)and the opposite side blood sampling group(n=18)according to the different blood sampling sites.They were divided into standardized inspection group(n=82)and 1 h inspection group(n=18),according to the different storage time.They were divided into normal blood group(n=82)and hemolytic blood group(n=18)according to the different specimens.By analyzing the results of biochemical blood samples in each group,the factors affecting the accuracy of test results were investigated.Results A total of 82 samples of clinical blood biochemical test were qualified(the qualified rate was 82.00%)and 18 samples were unqualified(the unqualified rate was 18.00%).The aspartate amino transferase(AST)of the same side blood sampling group was higher than that of the opposite side blood sampling group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The alanine amino transferase(ALT),serum immunoglobulin M(IgM),trigly ceride(TG)and uric acid(UA)of the same side blood sampling group were lower than those of the opposite side blood sampling group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ALT and LDH of standardized inspection group were lower than those of the 1 hour inspection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AST and GLU of standardized inspection group were higher than those of the 1 hour inspection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AST,LDH,GLU and creatine kinase(CK)of normal blood group were lower than those of hemolytic blood group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Among 18 samples of unqualified clinical blood biochemical test specimens,4 samples of unqualifie
