摘　　要：目的探讨颈椎病患者康复治疗中采取针灸联合推拿的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月~2017年9月在本院接受治疗50例颈椎病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各25例。实验组予以针灸联合推拿治疗,对照组使用针灸治疗。比较两组患者的总有效率、康复时间、治疗总满意度、血液流动力学指标。结果实验组的总有效率、治疗总满意度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的康复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,实验组患者的时间平均流速(TMFV)、收缩期峰值流速(PSV)均高于对照组,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈椎病患者采用针灸联合推拿治疗能够提高治疗效果,显著提高患者的满意度,缩短其康复时间,减轻其痛苦,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation in the rehabilitation treatment of cervical spondylopathy patients.Methods All of 50 cervical spondylopathy patients who were treated in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2017 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into the two groups by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The experimental group was given acupuncture combined with manipulation,while the control group was given acupuncture.The total effective rate,rehabilitation time,the total satisfaction of treatment and hemodynamic indexes were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the total satisfaction of treatment in the experimental group were obviously higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rehabilitation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the time mean flow velocity(TMFV)and peak systolic flow velocity(PSV)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the resistance index(RI)and pulsation index(PI)were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylopathy patients can improve the therapeutic effect,significantly improve the satisfaction of patients,shorten the recovery time,reduce their pain,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
