摘 要:针对桌面客户端版和传统B/S架构的海岛预报服务系统存在移植性差、响应速度慢等问题,利用Silverlight框架的富网络应用特性,结合WebGIS技术,设计了基于B/S结构的海岛预报服务系统实现方案。通过对Silverlight框架、气象数据组织结构、气象数据服务和基于WebGIS的Silverlight实现等关键技术的研究,实现了海岛预报服务的气象要素可视化和具有高扩展性的海岛气象数据服务。应用结果表明,基于Silverlight技术的海岛预报服务系统具有更快的响应速度和更优良的应用效果,为海岛预报服务提供了一种科学高效的实现方式。The island forecasting service system for client and traditional B/S architecture has such disadvantages as poor portability and slow response time. In view of these problems, the implementation solution of island forecasting service system based on B/S architecture is designed by using RIA characteristics and WebGIS based on Silverlight framework. The key technologies are studied, including Silverlight framework, meteorological data structure, meteorological data service, Silverlight implementation based on WebGIS, etc. Based on the research, the visualization of meteorological elements of island forecasting service and island meteorological data service with high extensibility are implemented. The application results show that the island forecasting service system based on Silverlight technology has higher response speed and better application effect, and it can provide a scientific and efficient implementation way for implementing island forecasting service.
