某装配式钢梁桥焊缝无损检测技术研究

摘　　要：装配式钢梁桥的施工过程中,上部结构的钢梁焊缝质量是桥梁质量控制的关键控制点。为满足焊缝质量规范要求,在焊缝施工过程中采用焊缝外观检查、焊缝超声波探伤和射线检测技术及时发现质量问题。论文结合工程实例,在钢梁桥施工过程中,从外观检查、超声探伤和射线检测3个方面对焊缝质量进行统计总结,为装配式桥梁有序发展提供工程依据。During the construction of the fabricated steel girder bridge,the quality of steel beam weld of superstructure is the key control point of bridge quality control. In the process of weld construction, the quality problems are found in time by using the techniques of weld appearance inspection,weld ultrasonic flaw detection and radiographic detection in order to ensure that the weld quality meets the requirements of the specification. This paper combines engineering examples,during the construction of steel girder bridge,the quality of weld seam is summarized from three aspects: appearance inspection, ultrasonic inspection and radiographic inspection.
