摘 要:通过对飞来峡电厂水轮机组伸缩节漏水原因分析以及技术改造思路与处理方案的介绍,提出伸缩节改造压环与大法兰之间设计不留间隙,大法兰与尾水法兰螺栓采用沉头结构,增加压环螺栓的布置空间,为方便安装压环外侧与大法兰间设计有止口定位,压环与转轮室外圆保持平均约2mm间隙,保证运行过程中压盖与转轮室不发生直接碰触,压盖与大法兰间设有Ф20密封圈主密封等思路,对存在类似问题的电站有一定的借鉴意义。Through analyzing the causes of water leakage of expansion joint of hydraulic turbine unit in Feilaixia Power Plant and introducing technical transformation ideas and treatment schemes,the design of no clearance between expansion joint transformation pressure ring and large flange is put forward.The sinking head structure is adopted for bolts of large flange and tail water flange,and the layout space of pressure ring bolts is increased,so as to design a stop between the outer side of pressure ring and large flange for convenience of installation.Positioning,the average clearance between the ring and the outer circle of the runner is about 2 mm,which ensures that no direct contact occurs between the cover and the runner chamber during operation.The main seal with 20 sealing ring between the cover and the big flange is provided.It is believed that this idea can be used as a reference for power plants with similar problems.
