摘 要:通过分析清远水利枢纽电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组投运后多次发生导叶连杆脱落故障,分别从导叶球轴承、轴承转角、控制环和导叶拐臂材料以及轴承紧固螺栓等方面入手,提出相关改造思路。通过导叶连杆技术改造有效地解决了长期困扰电站机组安全运行的隐患,提高机组安全稳定运行的可靠性。This paper mainly analyses the failure of guide vane connecting rod falling off many times after the operation of bulb tubular hydro-generator unit in a power station,and puts forward relevant reform ideas from the aspects of guide vane ball bearing,bearing rotation angle,control ring,guide vane arm material and bearing fastening bolt,etc.Through the technical renovation of guide vane connecting rod shedding,the hidden trouble of accident which has puzzled the safe operation of power plant units for a long time has been effectively solved,and the reliability of safe and stable operation of units has been improved,which provides an effective reference for the safe operation of similar units.
