摘　　要：为加强水利工程造价的宏观调控作用,加强对水利工程项目的静态控制和动态管理,保证水利工程建设项目顺利实施,对超概算的水利工程项目编制调整概算非常有必要。通过对水利工程两种通用的调整概算编制方法对比分析,说明两种方法的优缺点,明确提出广东省水利工程调整概算编制办法的建议。In order to strengthen the macro-control role of water conservancy project cost,strengthen the static control and dynamic management of water conservancy project,and ensure the smooth implementation of water conservancy project,it is very necessary to prepare and adjust the budget estimates for the over-outlined water conservancy project.This paper compares and analyzes the two general methods of adjusting budget estimate for water conservancy projects,and indicate the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods,for which to put forward the proposal of formulating the proposed budget for water conservancy project adjustment in Guangdong province.
