摘 要:目的分析小儿环状胰腺的高频超声图像特点,提高超声对此病的诊断水平。方法回顾性分析我院经手术证实为环状胰腺的44例患儿的影像及临床资料。结果44例经手术证实为环状胰腺的患儿中,超声诊断35例,误诊9例,诊断准确率79.5%。44例患儿上消化道造影均提示十二指肠梗阻。结论高频超声对小儿环状胰腺的诊断具有特异性,但也容易误诊,因此提高超声医师对该病的认识,有助于临床早期诊断及手术方式的选择。Objective To compare the characteristics of high frequency ultrasound images of annular pancreas in children,improve the diagnostic level.Methods Retrospective analysis was made to imaging and clinical data of 44 cases of annular pancreas,confirmed by surgery.Results In 44 cases,35 cases of annular pancreas were diagnosed by ultrasound.9 cases of 44 were misdiagnosed.The diagnostic accuracy was 79.5%.All 44 cases were diagnosed with duodenal obstruction by upper digestive tract radiography.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound was specific for the diagnosis of annular pancreas in children.Annular pancreas was easily misdiagnosed,so improving the awareness of annular pancreas was contribute to the early diagnosis and clinical treatment options.
