摘  要:本文介绍了一种分布式的三相负荷平衡技术,通过在线调节负荷终端的相别,将负荷均衡分配到各个相序中。建立了多目标的优化函数,通过建立智能负荷分配终端配置策略,对目标函数进行优化求解,得出负荷终端的最优安装方案。最后,在低压配变台区组网安装了三相负荷平衡装置,挂网运行结果表明,该装置可显著降低台区三相负荷不平衡度,并降低线损,验证了三相负荷平衡装置的有效性和经济性。This paper introduced a kind of three-phase load balancing technology based on automatic distributed technology. The load would be assigned to each phase in equilibrium by adjusting the load terminal phase.The multi-objective optimization function was established,and the optimal phase configuration scheme of the load terminal was obtained.The feasibility of the algorithm was verified by a simulation example.Finally,the three-phase load balancing device was installed in the low voltage distribution station.Experimental results show that the three-phase load balance device can effectively decrease network of unbalanced,reduces the line loss.The validity and economy of the three phase load balancing device are verified by experiments.
