摘  要:热连轧生产罐盖料时,3机架热精轧机组F3机架轧制力发生颤振,带材表面出现振动纹,与此同时,DPC附加弯辊力不断增大,板型出现中波。针对这一现象,通过IBA Analyzer分析工具详细分析轧制相关的工艺数据,明确了颤振频率,明确了轧制力颤振导致DPC附加弯辊力不断增大。通过优化轧辊辊刷应用的参数、轧制工艺规程、换辊规程及制度等措施来加大摩擦力避免轧机颤振。另一方面,通过优化DPC控制框图参数,确保DPC附加弯辊力在合理范围,有效地保证了轧制的稳定性,从而解决了轧机颤振、轧件板型不良的问题。When the cans end are produced by hot tandem rolling mill, the rolling force of the F3 stand of the 3-stand hot finishing mill is fluttered, and the surface of the strip is patterned. At the same time, the additional bending force of the DPC is increasing, the strip flatness is with medium wave. In response to this phenomenon, the IBA Analyzer analysis tool was used to analyze the rolling-related process data in detail, and the flutter frequency was clarified, and it was clarified that the rolling force flutter caused the increasing DPC additional bending force. By optimizing the parameters of the rolls scratch brushes application, the rolling process, the roll changing policy and the system, the friction is increased to avoid the mill flutter. On the other hand, by optimizing the parameters of the DPC control block diagram, it is ensured that the additional bending force of the DPC is within a reasonable range, and the stability of the rolling is effectively ensured, thereby solving the problem of the flutter of the rolling mill and the poor shape of the rolled strip.
