关于两种有源光器件及一无源光器件的研究

摘　　要：本文共介绍了三种光器件,其中包括两件有源光器件和一件无源光器件。文章主要简述了半导体激光器LD、光接收机PIN、以及机械光开关这三种光器件的工作原理,结构和各自适用的环境。在通电和不通电的情况下,不同的光器件会有不同的影响,它们的灵敏度也会有所区别。In this paper,three kinds of optical devices are introduced,including two active optical devices and one passive optical device.In this paper,the working principle,structure and suitable environment of LD,PIN and mechanical optical switch are briefly described.In the case of electrification and non-electrification,different optical devices will have different effects,and their sensitivity will also be different.
