摘 要:转炉煤气柜柜内CO含量手工化验为43%左右,而转炉煤气柜出口激光分析仪检测的CO含量始终低于40%,两者存在差距。通过对转炉煤气过程、手工化验数据进行分析,对激光分析仪检测原理进行研究,确认了转炉煤气柜出口激光分析仪检测CO含量低的原因,并制定了改进措施,使转炉煤气柜出口CO含量测量值更趋近于真实值,在最大程度上解决了CO含量不准确的问题。Manual testing of CO content in converter gasholder is about 43%,while the CO content measured by converter gasholder outlet laser analyzer is always less than 40%,so there is a gap between the two results.Through analyzing the process of converter gas and manual test data and studying the detection principle of the laser analyzer,the cause of lower CO content measured by laser analyzer at the converter gas cabinet exit was determined and improvement measures drawn up,which has made the converter gasholder outlet CO content measurements more close to true value and solved the problem of inaccurate CO content.
