摘　　要：地价动态监测是对城市地价状况进行描述、预测和评价的过程。本文以2017年赤峰市城市地价动态监测工作为例,论述赤峰市中心城区综合地价、商业用地地价、居住用地地价、工业用地地价的动态变化情况,综合分析地价水平及变化情况、深入研究变化的原因并预判未来地价走势并阐述地价动态监测的应用。Dynamic monitoring of land price is the process of describing,predicting and evaluating the state of land price in cities.This paper takes the dynamic monitoring of urban land price in Chifeng City in 2017 as an example,the dynamic change of land price,commercial land price,residential land price and industrial land price in Chifeng City center,comprehensive analysis of land price level and change,in-depth study of the reasons for the change and forecast the future land price trend and explain the application of land price dynamic monitoring.
