高校推动校友助力大学生精准资助的路径研究——以南通大学纺织服装学院为例

摘　　要：高校资助工作目前普遍存在贫困生认定不精准、资助资源分配不科学、资助队伍不专业、资助监督机制不健全等问题。因而,建立健全大学生资助工作体系,已成为新时代高校发展的新重点。"精准资助"理念的提出,不仅为学生资助工作指明了方向,也提出了新要求。校友资源是高校不可或缺的无形资源,高校在精准资助工作中,应持续、持久发挥校友在物质方面、精神方面、信息资源方面的综合性作用,开创大学生精准资助工作新局面。At present,there are many problems in the university financial aid work,such as inaccurate identification of poor students,unscientific allocation of financial aid resources,unprofessional financial aid team,backward concept of financial aid,and imperfect institution and mechanism of financial aid.Therefore,it has become a new key point for the development of colleges and universities in the new era to establish and improve the system of college students’financial aid.The concept of"precise funding"not only points out the direction of student funding work,but also puts forward new requirements.Alumni resources are indispensable intangible resources for colleges.Colleges should continuously and persistently play the comprehensive role in areas like alumni in material,spiritual and information resources in the work of accurate financial aid,so as to create a new situation of precise funding.
