南京市快递企业网点布局及其影响因素解析——基于民营企业(顺丰速递)和国营企业(EMS)的比较

摘　　要：全球经济一体化背景下,快递业已成为中国市场中拥有广泛关注和广阔前景的新兴物流产业之一。以南京市顺丰速递与EMS网点为例,揭示两类经营体制下快递企业网点的布局特征差异,研究发现:在空间集聚性上,民营企业网点呈现老城集聚,双核极化特征,而国营企业则分布更为均衡;在空间相关性上,民营企业网点以单中心集聚为主,而国营企业以多中心集聚为主;在网络关联性上,民营企业表现为“由有限峰值点向外发散”,而国营企业则呈现出“由城\郊中心区向外发散”的网络特征。在此基础上,定性与定量相结合剖析影响两类快递企业网点布局的外部与内部因素,并结合主要影响因素提出快递网点布局的优化建议。Under the background of global economic integration,express enterprise became one of the emerging logistics industries in the Chinese market with wide attention and broad prospects.Taking Nanjing SF Express and EMS as examples,this paper revealed the differences in the distribution characteristics of express delivery enterprises under the two operating systems.On this basis,it analyzed the external and internal factors affecting the distribution of express enterprises by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,and proposed optimization suggestions for the distribution of express outlets based on the main influencing factors.It is found that:in terms of spatial agglomeration,private enterprises have the characteristics of old city agglomeration and dual-core polarization,while state-owned enterprises are more evenly distributed.In terms of spatial correlation,private enterprises cluster mainly in a single center,while state-owned enterprises cluster mainly in a multi-center.In terms of network relevance,private enterprises show“outward divergence from limited peak points”,while state-owned enterprises show“outward divergence from urban and suburban central areas”.
