摘  要:从情绪评价理论角度出发,以江苏灵山小镇——拈花湾为案例地,基于情绪评价理论,探索游客在旅游目的地的自然环境与人文环境中如何产生积极情绪体验,这种积极情绪又如何影响游客满意度与游客忠诚。研究表明:由自然环境和人文环境组成的环境刺激因素能够诱发游客的积极情绪,而产生积极情绪的游客更容易实现游客满意,并且通过游客满意进一步间接影响游客忠诚。根据结构方程模型的修正指标,增列了自然环境对游客满意的路径,即游客对自然环境的认知评价会直接影响游客满意。From the perspective of emotional evaluation theory,this study took Lingshan Town-Huanghua Bay in Jiangsu Province as an example,and based on emotional evaluation theory,explored how tourists generate positive emotional experience in the natural and human environment of tourist destination,and how this positive emotion affects tourists’satisfaction and loyalty.The results show that the environmental stimulus factors consisting of natural environment and human environment can induce tourists’positive emotions,and tourists who have positive emotional experiences are more likely to achieve tourists’satisfaction,and further indirectly affect tourists’loyalty through tourists’satisfaction.According to the modified index of structural equation model,the path of tourists’satisfaction with natural environment is added,that is,tourists’cognitive evaluation of natural environment will directly affect tourists’satisfaction.This study reasonably explains the impact of positive emotions on tourists’satisfaction and loyalty.
