摘 要:以棉短绒为原料,硝酸铈铵/HNO3为引发剂,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)/苯乙烯(St)为单体,N′N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,接枝共聚制备吸油材料。考察体系反应温度、反应时间、引发剂浓度和单体浓度对材料吸油倍率的影响,获得制备改性材料的最佳工艺,对所制备的材料进行红外光谱、热重分析和扫描电镜表征。结果表明,在引发剂浓度为0.06 mol/L,单体浓度为0.7 mol/L,反应温度为90℃,反应时间为18 h的条件下,得到的吸油材料最大吸油倍率可达19.4 g/g。吸油重复性测定表明,该吸油材料具有较好的重复使用性。Oil absorption materials were prepared via the graft copolymerization of cotton linte cellulose as raw material,ceric ammonium nitrate/HNO3 as initiator,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)/styrene(St)as monomer and N'N-methylene bisacrylamide as cross-linkingagent.The effects of system reaction temperature,reaction time,initiator concentration and monomer concentration on the oil absorption ratio of the materials were investigated.The optimum process for preparing the modified materials was obtained and characterized by FT-IR,TG and SEM.The results show that when the initiator concentration is 0.06 mol/L and the monomer concentration is 0.7 mol/L at 90℃for 18 h,The maximum oil absorption rate of the oil absorbing material reaches 19.4 g/g.The oil absorption reusability measurement shows that the oil absorbing material has a good reuse performance.
