摘 要:缩合多核芳烃树脂(COPNA树脂)因具有炭化收率高、耐热性好、自润滑和耐磨性优良等综合性能,已引起了学者的广泛关注。但COPNA树脂的研究多局限于其合成机理与产品的热行为。文中回顾了COPNA树脂的研究历程,简单对比了COPNA树脂的3种合成方法,重点介绍了合成COPNA树脂的原料、交联剂和催化剂对产品性能的影响,阐述了COPNA树脂的优异性能及广阔的应用前景。同时指出COPNA树脂在合成过程中存在的问题,提出了COPNA树脂未来的研究方向。Condensed polynuclear aromatic resins(COPNA resin)have attracted wide attention from scholars due to their excellent carbonization yield,good heat resistance,self lubrication and wear resistance.However,the research in this field was limited to its reaction mechanism and the thermal behaviors.In this paper,the research history of COPNA resin was reviewed.Three synthetic methods of COPNA resin were briefly compared.The effects of raw material,crosslinking agent and catalyst on the properties of COPNA resin were introduced,and the excellent properties and broad application prospects of COPNA resin were described.At the same time,the problems in the synthesis process of COPNA resin were pointed out.The future research directions of COPNA resin were proposed.
