摘　　要：钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术需要在桩身内预先埋注浆管,让水泥浆固化钻孔灌注桩桩身外侧泥皮和桩端,增加单桩的承载力,减小沉降量。依托天津东蒲洼还迁房项目,对钻孔灌注桩后压浆技术的作用机理、压浆参数、施工工艺及控制要点等进行了详细的阐述。The post-grouting technology of bored piles requires pre-injection of the slurry pipe in the pile body,so that the cement slurry solidifies the mud skin and pile end outside the bored pile,increasing the bearing capacity of the single pile and reducing the settlement.This paper relies on Tianjin"Dongpuyu Relocation Project"to elaborate on the action mechanism,grouting parameters,construction technology and control points of post-grouting technology of bored piles.
