摘　　要：淋雨密封性问题是汽车生产制造过程中较难解决的问题之一,其综合性较强,涉及冲压、焊装、涂装、总装各个工序的生产制造质量。设计人员应在数字仿真分析中识别风险因素并制定规避措施,缩短工艺验证和问题整改周期,促进新车型快速投向市场.The problem of the sealing of rain and rain is one of the more difficult problems in the manufacturing process of the automobile,and has a strong comprehensive property,and relates to the production and manufacture quality of various working procedures of punching,welding,painting and final assembly.The designer should identify the risk factors in the digital simulation analysis and develop the avoidance measures,shorten the process verification and the problem rectification period,and promote the rapid investment of the new model into the market.
