摘 要:本研究采用Fenton预处理炼油厂废碱液,实验结果表明,其最佳工艺条件为:废碱液的pH为4、反应温度为30℃、H2O2与FeSO4摩尔比为10、H2O2用量为5.0mL、FeSO4用量为1.15g,反应时间为100min。在此条件下可使100mL炼油厂废碱液中的COD由14800mg/L降到1332mg/L,COD去除率达91%,提高了可生化性。In this paper,pretreatment of waste alkaline liquor in refinery with Fenton reagent was studied.The experimental results showed that the optimal conditions of pretreatment of waste alkaline liquor in refinery with Fenton reagent were:the pH of waste alkaline liquor was 4,the reaction temperature was 30℃,the molar ratio of hydrogen peroxide and ferrous sulfate was 10,the amount of hydrogen peroxide was 1 mL,the amount of ferrous sulfate was 1.15 g,reaction time was 100 min.Under this condition,the COD in 100 mL waste alkaline liquor was reduced from 14800 mg/L to 1332 mg/L,and the removal rate of COD was 91%,the biodegradability of waste alkaline liquor was improved.
