基于GMO的立方晶前体溶液液体栓塞剂相态转变过程的研究

摘  要:实验通过乙醇扩散、甘油单油酸酯(GMO)吸水动态研究3种前体溶液液体栓塞剂在过量水中从液体转化为凝胶的过程,在相图中绘制其变化趋势。采用偏光显微镜(PLM)、小角射线衍射(SAXS)和流变学方法鉴别各凝胶样品的相态。结果证实,基于GMO的立方晶前体溶液液体栓塞剂在过量水中均可以转化成Pn3m立方晶相凝胶。To investigate the phase transformation behavior from liquid into gel of three liquid embolic agents based on the precursor solutions of cubic crystal of glyceryl monooleate(GMO)in the excess water by measurement of ethanol diffusion and water uptake of GMO.The trend curves were drawn in the ternary phase diagram.The phase state was determined through polarized light microscopy(PLM),small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)and rheological method.The results proved three liquid embolic agents based on the precursor solutions of cubic crystal of GMO could transform into gel with Pn3m cubic phase in the excess water.
