摘  要:通过熔融共混挤出方法制备了硫酸钙晶须(CSW)与硫酸钡(BaSO4)协同增强聚丙烯(PP)复合材料。研究了不同质量比的两种填料对PP复合材料力学性能、热性能、熔融结晶行为的影响。研究表明,CSW的增强效果优于BaSO4,而BaSO4对PP基体树脂的增韧效果较为明显。相比于CSW或BaSO4单一填料增强PP,CSW与BaSO4的交互作用,致使CSW/BaSO4/PP复合材料结晶度下降,但复合材料的高温耐热性得到显著提高。由于CSW对PP基体树脂具有异相成核作用,随着CSW质量分数的增加,CSW/BaSO4/PP复合材料的结晶度略有上升。In this paper,polypropylene(PP)composites which synergistic reinforced by calcium sulfate whisker(CSW)and barium sulfate(BaSO 4)were prepared by melt blending extrusion.The effects of different mass ratios fillers on the mechanical properties,thermal properties and melt crystallization behavior of the PP composites were studied.The results showed that the strengthening effect of CSW was better than that of BaSO 4,and the toughening effect of BaSO 4 was more obvious.Compared with PP reinforced by CSW or BaSO 4,the interaction between CSW and BaSO 4 resulted in the decrease of crystallinity of CSW/BaSO 4/PP composites,but the high temperature heat resistance of the composites were significantly improved.Due to the heterogeneous nucleation of CSW on PP matrix resin,the crystallinity of CSW/BaSO 4/PP composites increased slightly with the increase of CSW mass fraction.
