摘 要:以自制的功能化氧化石墨烯(C-GO)/聚苯胺(PANI)复合材料为改性填料,对环氧树脂(EP)进行改性,制备了C-GO/PANI/EP复合涂料,研究了复合涂料的防腐性能和防腐机理。结果表明,当C-GO质量分数为3%时,复合涂料硬度最高,吸水率最低,防腐性能最佳。C-GO/PANI是通过填补EP表面的空隙,改善EP的屏蔽性能,阻止O2和H2O的渗入,从而提高EP的防腐性能。The epoxy resin was modified using the self-made composites of functionalized graphene oxide/polyaniline as modification filler.The functionalized graphene oxide/polyaniline/epoxy resin composite coating were made.The anti-corrosion property and mechanism were studied.The results showed that,hardness and anti-corrosion property of the composite coating were the best and water absorption was the lowest when the content of the functionalized graphene oxide was 3%.The composites of functionalized graphene oxide/polyaniline could fill the surface interspace and improve the shielding property of epoxy resin,thus the anti-corrosion property of epoxy resin was improved.
