摘  要:针对某涉密SSD固态盘体的U盘盖损失后,若导入、导出数据或者返厂修理均违反保密规定;若办理报废手续既流程繁琐,同时浪费贵重存储介质这一问题。借助Solidworks软件进行了盘盖的三维实体造型,依据计算收缩量完成了ABS塑料制品3D打印成型时配合尺寸的确定,参考塑料制品国内外标准确定了尺寸公差。打印完成的塑料件外形美观、配合良好,可为贵重非金属易损耗品的复制、成型提供借鉴。In view of the loss of U disk cover of a secret SSD solid-state disk,if importing,exporting data or repairing it back to the factory,it violates the confidentiality regulations;if the process of dealing with the scrapping formalities is tedious,at the same time,it wastes valuable storage media.Solidworks software was used to carry out the three-dimensional solid modeling of the cover.According to the theory of calculating shrinkage,the matching dimension of ABS plastic products in 3D printing was determined.The dimension tolerance was determined by referring to the domestic and foreign standards of plastic products.The printed plastic parts are beautiful and well matched,which can provide reference for the duplication and moulding of precious non-metallic wearable products.
