摘  要:介绍了SO2冶炼烟气中硫磺制备技术的两种方法:直接还原法和间接还原法。在实验的基础上验证了炭还原法的功效,针对试验温度、反应时间、SO2浓度等影响因素分别进行了探讨。试验结果表明:在温度为850℃、烟气SO2浓度11%、反应时间6s^7s的状态下,硫磺的制备效率最高。同时,结合温度、反应时间、SO2的浓度多方面考虑,无烟煤可以作为一种合适的还原剂。This paper introduces two methods for the preparation of sulfur in SO 2 smelting flue gas:direct reduction method and indirect reduction method.The effects of carbon reduction method were verified on the basis of experiments,and the influencing factors such as test temperature,reaction time and SO 2 concentration were discussed.The test results showed that the sulphur preparation efficiency was the highest at 850℃,11%smoke SO 2 concentration and 6s^7s reaction time.At the same time,combined with temperature,reaction time,SO 2 concentration,anthracite can be used as a suitable reducing agent.
