我国省属重点师范大学校长治校理念的比较与启示——兼论张楚廷和杨德广教授的高等教育管理思想

摘　　要：大学校长是有效治理大学的关键人物,他们的学识、智慧、能力、修养、人品影响着一所大学的长远发展。选取两所省属重点师范大学校长治校理念作为研究对象,分别从人才观、学生观、教学观、科研观和校长观五个角度进行比较。研究表明:大学校长坚持以人为本,重视人才建设,加强教学与课程改革,遴选教育家型的校长治校,适度延长校长任期等,这将有力推进大学的有效治理和大学内部改革。The president of a university is the key figure in the effective governance of the university,and their intellectual ability is an influence on the long-term development of the university.This study selected two key normal university presidents’managing concepts as the research object.The investigation indicates that the president of the university should adhere to the people-oriented education,attach great importance to the construction of talents,strengthen the teaching and curriculum reform.The president selected should be educators,and if they are really outstanding,their presidency period can be prolonged.By those measures,the governance and reform of universities can be greatly enhanced.
