摘　　要：磨矿机微托装置(也称慢速传动装置)是磨矿机的关键部件,随着近年磨矿机规格型号的大型化,微托装置的作用更加突出和明显。该装置主要在安装调整阶段及设备维护维修和备件更换时使用。由于磨矿机的大型化,原有的盘车方式在效率和安全性上完全不能满足生产实际的需要。综合考虑使用环境、安全操作及经济成本等因素,微托装置在设计上也存在诸多方案,以室外使用的工作环境为题,对微托装置的安全性进行升级改进。The device of lift slowly (also known as slow-speed transmission device) is the key component of the grinding machine. The device of lift slowly becomes even more important and evidently when the grinding machine is getting bigger. The device of lift slowly is mainly used for installation adjustment stage,equipment maintenance and repair, the spare parts to replace. The original device of lift slowly doesn't meet the use requirements because the grinding machine is getting bigger. Considering environment, safe operation and the economic costing, the device of lift slowly also has many schemes in design. This article mainly outlines that the device of lift slowly upgrades for the safety in an outdoor environment.
