摘  要:为了调整卧式沙仓溢流浓度、提高尾砂利用率,进行了尾砂添加絮凝剂的相关实验研究.尾砂沉降效果具体体现为沉降速度的大小,本实验通过观察澄清层高度随时间变化来计算得到尾砂沉降速度,进而对比各型号及不同浓度及絮凝剂配比尾砂浆沉降效果,选出最适合尾砂的絮凝剂型号、最佳沉降浓度及对应的絮凝剂添加量.In order to improve the overflow concentration of horizontal sand bunker and increase the utilization ratio of tailings, the mine carried out related experimental research on adding flocculant to tailings. The settlement effect of tailings is embodied by the settlement velocity. In this experiment, the settlement velocity of the tailings is calculated by observing the change of the height of the clearing layer with time, and by comparing the settlement effects of various types, different concentrations and flocculant ratios, the most suitable flocculant type, the optimum settlement concentration and the corresponding amount of flocculant were chosen.
