管道高温型热收缩带现场补口剥离强度不足问题分析

摘  要:针对某3PE防腐层输气长输管道现场补口合格率仅为82%,远低于合同目标99%问题,从"人机料法环"方面进行分析,找出了剥离强度不足是合格率不足的症结点,经过现场反复实践、验证,结果表明:秋冬季节,按照高温型热收缩带出厂操作说明中"持续加热至130~150℃后10min,以指压法测试合格"后进行管道补口的方法施工,热收缩带剥离强度不达标,摸索到了最佳补火时间为25~30min,完善了高温型热收缩带施工作业指导书。Aiming at the problem that the qualified rate of field filling of a 3 PE anti-corrosion layer gas transmission pipeline is only 82%,which is far below the contract target of 99%,the"man-machine material method ring" is analyzed to find out the key point of insufficient qualified rate of peeling strength. After repeated field practice and verification,the results show that:Qiu dong season,according to the type of high temperature heat shrinkable belt factory operating instructions "for 10 minutes after heated to130-150 ℃,to test qualified" refers to the pressure pipeline repairing method after construction,heat shrinkable tape peel strength is not up to standard,grope for the optimal fire time for 25 to 30 minutes,to improve the high temperature heat shrinkable belt construction work instructions.
